Deadlifts:

5 x 425
9 x 480
Speed Squats:
315 plus double orange bands
6 x 3
GHR:
3 x 12
Pullups:
did sets of five with 30 second rest until failure
Bent Over Rows:
100 lb. dumbbells
2 x 10
T-Bar Rows:
towel handle grip
3 x failure
