I'm trying to crank my midweek training's up a notch for summer.


Speed Bench:

315 + orange bands
3 x 8


Overhead Press:

165 x 5
190 x 5
215 x 11


Seated One Arm Press:

80 lb. dumbbells
2 x 10


Arnold Press:

80 lb. dumbbells
2 x 10


Suitcase Shrugs:

135
2 x failure


Kettlebell/towell neck things:

5 x failure
