May 12, Heavy Chest and Shoulders

I was/am still so sore from Wednesday's workout, but here it goes.

Bench Press:

Dead Press:

Bryan was hitting some pretty heavy log press while I was dead pressing.  I pussed out because I was so sore.  Here is a link to Bryan hitting 280 on the log today.

I got the gang coming over for a get together this evening.  Hopefully, we'll attempt to lift some stupid stuff, so I'll have some more videos for all six of my faithful blog readers.
