Banded Incline:

6 x 275 plus bands
6 x 315 plus bands


Crucifix hold:

Handles with chains
Manny - 42 seconds
Austin - 59 seconds
Ross - 1 minute 12 seconds
Bryan 1 minute 13 seconds


Spoon Press:

70 lb. dumbbells
2 x failure
